What we need to make You an offer?
1. Send us Your own drawing of a house or use one of our models (available at our website).
2. Put all relevant measures on the drawing such as heights, lengths, roof angle etc. The more information we have on the
drawing, the more exact our offer will be.We need at least 2 different side views + plans.
3. Add some basic but important information:
1. Log profile and dimensions
2. Roof insulation request (in millimeters)
3. Opening of doors and windows – inwards or outwards
4. Delivery destination
5. Any special requests we should know about
6. Your contact who the offer should be made to, also e-mail address (price offer will be sent by e-mail if not needed otherwise)
What happens next?
- After
You have received price offer from our sales team, You are entitled to
accept or reject the offer. Price offer itself has no binding
obligations.
- If our offer is
not interesting for You we would appreciate if You could inform us of
the reasons. There is always a chance You and Your sales person have
misunderstood each other and Your offer can be improved.
- If
You find our offer acceptable, we will start with the drawings. In
order to do that we require prepayment – 50% of the drawings cost.
After we have received Your payment architect will start with the
drawings according to the information You have supplied us with.
Initial drawings will be sent to You by e-mail.
- After
You have received initial drawing, You should inspect them carefully.
You are entitled to make 3 changes (1 change can contain several
details), after that every change will be charged separately. Let Your
sales person know what You want to change about the house, architect
will do the changes as soon as possible. Again these drawings will be
sent to Your e-mail for checking.
- Drawings
will be changed and sent to You until You are 100% satisfied how the
house looks like. You have to confirm final drawings with signature and
return them to Your sales person by fax or e-mail. Together with final
drawings You shall receive final price offer as well, in case You
accept it, we will send You order confirmation which You have to sign
and return to us. This document together with basic conditions are
binding and act out as a contract between the manufacturer and customer.
- Now
we have a deal and Your order will be processed. It takes about 6-8
weeks until the house is produced and ready to be delivered.
Erecting the house
We strongly
suggest to use our subcompany for erecting the house. This symbiosis
gives Your house 5 years guarantee. Please ask for erecting quotation
as well.
